Pumpkin seeds are edible kernels of pumpkin fruit. They are a concentrated source of minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants. The pumpkins used for Dr Gram organic pumpkin seeds are allowed to mature completely so that these seeds are better in quality and nutrition.
