PREPARATION
- 1. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook onion and corn for 5 minutes
- 2. Brown beef over high heat for 5 minutes stirring with a wooden spoon to break up mince
- 3. Add Taco Spice mix and 3/4 cup of water
- 4. Simmer for 2 minutes or unitl sauce thickens before stirring in coriander
- 5. Mix cherry tomatoes and spring onion to create a fresh salsa
- 6. Heat Tacos according to pack instructions
- 7. Serve Tacos, cooked beef, lettuce, fresh salsa and Taco sauce on the table
STORAGE INFORMATION
Once opened, store any remaining spice mix in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks
